Covid-19 Safety Plan

What does this mean for your services?

C&C Wellness services are essential, and we are continuing to provide our services to all customers during Covid-19. We are adapting our service delivery to comply with the restrictions and to keep our customers and staff safe.

This includes compulsory mask wearing, increased cleaning, offering online options for some services, and reduced numbers in group activities. We encourage all customers to consider whether their supports need to be delivered face to face and we can also discuss this with the person who supports them.

We have developed a Covid 19 Self-Management Plan Handout as a simple way to plan.

We comply with NSW Health Regulation for Infection control measures and conducting Covid19 screening for all our staff and our customers.

COVID-19 translated resources:

NSW Health has published translated resources about the current Public Health Orders.

These have been translated in 58 languages, plus English.

COVID-19 resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The Department of Health has created a collection of resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and remote communities, about coronavirus (COVID-19).

We know that this latest outbreak may be causing concern or anxiety, and we are here to support our customers during this time.

We also encourage our clients to regularly check the latest case locations at the NSW Government website.
